My story
The internet is flooded with advice on how to optimise short-term rental listings.
Yet throughout my career I noticed a common thread—many properties were still falling short of their potential in both rankings and occupancy.

While booking my own travel for what was to be a gap year from my day job, I found that it was still too easy to find under-priced accommodation that was available at short notice. There was nothing wrong with these properties—the listings were just hard to find, not presented well, or both.

It seemed that my entire career had been leading me to this lightbulb moment... something I enjoyed and something I was skilled at had collided!
So now I work for you. I keep across all the latest features of online travel agencies and booking platforms and monitor which approaches are working well so that you don't have to.

I bring a unique blend of know-how to the table. In addition to supporting short-term rental hosts and optimising listings, my career journey has included corporate travel arranging, sales of boutique accommodation and conference venue space, communications, quality assurance and ICT systems management.

I am dedicated to helping you increase bookings without spending extra on your property, or paying costly ongoing subscription fees. Each recommendation I make to enhance your property listing is carefully considered, as if the property were my own.
I am frequently travelling and working from short-term rental properties like yours. When not travelling, I call Canberra, Australia home.
