  • When will I receive the results of my Listing Audit?
    We are committed to sending your report quickly so that you can start to benefit from your enhanced listing as soon as possible. Listing Audits are generally completed within 3-5 business days. We will let you know during the check-out process (prior to purchase) if we are experiencing higher than usual demand.
  • How will I receive the results of my Listing Audit?
    Your report will be sent to you by email. Check that your email address is correct during the check-out process.
  • What type of recommendations will I receive?
    Each property listing is unique, so recommendations will vary based on your listing's specific strengths and weaknesses. Recommendations generally fall into four categories: 1. optimising your listing so that it appears in more guest search results and in a higher position 2. suggested enhancements to your property title, description and photos to help potential guests imagine themselves enjoying your space 3. recording missing facilities and amenities that could make all the difference 4. pointers on booking platform features that may work better for your particular listing.
  • Can I request a Listing Audit for my property listings on other booking platforms, or only those listed?
    Please contact us if you are interested in a Listing Audit for a platform that is not yet included on our product page.
  • I have requested the optional update service. How do you make updates to my listing for me?
    When we send your report, we ask you to: let us know which recommendations you approve (usually hosts are happy to apply most or all) and provide temporary access to your listing (simple instructions provided). We then quickly and efficiently make the updates and thoroughly check your updated listing. When the work is completed we let you know and remind you to remove our temporary access.
  • I was thinking of removing my property from a particular booking platform. Should I optimise it instead?
    Many hosts enjoy significant sales through multiple booking channels. Why not share some of their success? If your sales on a particular platform so far have been disappointing, perhaps your listing is not being shown in all possible search results, or the listing does not yet display your property to its best advantage. In most cases, you will only need one additional night's booking as a result of a Listing Audit to more than recoup the small cost of the service.
  • My property is managed by a property manager or co-host. Does that matter?
    Not at all. Your property can still benefit from a Listing Audit. When you receive your report, just let your manager know which recommendations you would like them to apply to your listing (usually hosts apply most or all). If your property manager is using a property management system, the report will ask them to apply as many changes as possible in that system. The improvements will then be pushed out to all booking platforms used and your listings may all benefit, wherever they appear. Your manager can then make any remaining changes via the booking platform directly (for example through the Booking.com host system—the Extranet). Note however that some property management systems may automatically override some direct changes later. If this occurs, your listing will still benefit from the majority of the enhancements.
  • I prefer direct bookings. Why should I optimise my listings on booking platforms?
    While direct bookings are ideal, attracting guests to your website can be challenging without SEO and marketing expertise. Booking platforms like Airbnb and Stayz have massive reach, and many guests prefer using them for convenience—like storing credit card information or collecting rewards. However, some guests use these platforms to discover properties, then search for better deals, including your direct booking option. That’s why it’s essential to make sure your listings on these platforms are highly visible and scroll-stopping.
  • What if my property listing is already perfect?
    It happens! Sometimes, we do see listings that are already perfect (or almost so). Our purpose is to assist property hosts and to add value. If we are unable to provide at least ten value-adding recommendations to enhance your listing, we will gladly refund your purchase.
  • Are you affiliated with any booking platforms / Online Travel Agencies?
    No. We are not affiliated with any booking platforms or Online Travel Agencies.
